By using our Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly, including when you create an account, place an order, book an appointment, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with us. This may include:

• Contact details — name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth
• Style preferences and personal characteristics — height, weight, size, body type, and style profile answers
• Order and appointment details — items selected, occasion information, pickup and return dates
• Limited payment information — we do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe. We receive only limited transaction data from Stripe (e.g., last four digits of your card, card brand, billing address, and transaction amounts)
• Communications — messages, reviews, feedback, and survey responses

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device and usage data — hardware model, operating system, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and activity timestamps
• Transactional data — records of leases, returns, exchanges, and membership activity

Payment processing: Payment transactions are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. Your payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We never have access to your full card number.

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of the Services.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Account Information

You may update or delete your account information at any time by logging in and visiting your account settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at privacy@looksforlease.com.

Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email. You can opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Even after opting out, you will continue to receive transactional messages related to your orders and account.

Push Notifications

You can disable mobile push notifications through your device settings at any time.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Our Services recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for the browser or device from which it originates.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
